Life. Simple. Sweet. Complicated

Tearing love apart.

Sometimes, I can’t tell who I feel more sorry for. The people who don’t believe in true love, or that people who think they are in love.

If it’s one thing people love to argue with me about, it’s love. True love, puppy love, love at first sight, forbidden love. True love isn’t real, puppy love never lasts, love at first sight is vain, forbidden love is overexaggerated. People believe in things they can see, touch, taste, smell, feel. Feel. Touch. Feel. We can touch and be touched, our bodies, minds and souls. We can feel objects and emotions. There are many sides to those emotions. The people who don’t believe in love see those as physical sences. The people who do believe in love see them as passionate ones.

How can someone not believe in love? How can anyone live in a world with no love? Where they think that love cannot exist? People like stability. Knowing that they are going to always have someone there for them in the morning. While this sounds tempting, stability isn’t the first thing on my list. The best kind of love is the love that hurts (not physically…you get my point) It’s not love unless you miss. Unless you care. Unless you can’t breathe, and then suddenly you look at the person you love and you can breathe but at the same time they take all your breath away. Love contradicts itself. Love makes everything in the world that never made sense before, finally make sense and even though everyone else might thinn your are crazy, you don’t care because your in love and that makes everything alright. Love isn’t routine. Love isn’t words. Love isn’t the word love. Love is passion so fierce it burns. Love is showing someone you love them. Anyone who can speak will say I love you. Only the ones that mean it will show it. Love doesn’t require answers, you can’t beat it down and tear it apart with reason. It’s instint. It’s love.

The people who think they are in love…I don’t even know. You don’t have to prove anything to anyone. You don’t have to flaunt it. Don’t even put a label on it. Keep it sacred. Keep it safe. It’s nobodies buisness but yours. As long as you know who you ate and what you want, that’s it. That’s all that matters.
